These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theinternetfordummies.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any product or service from Internettraffik ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and services

We sell digital guides (e-books), merchandise, mentorship, and Amazon and Walmart seller services (the "Services"). Each product page describes what is included, the delivery timeline, and any limits. The product page in effect when you purchase forms part of these Terms.

2. Advisory services only; no guarantees

Our Services are educational and advisory. We do not guarantee any result, including sales, revenue, profit, return on investment, account approval, reinstatement, category or brand ungating, or approval by any supplier or distributor. Your results depend on your products, capital, effort, market conditions, and the decisions of third parties such as Amazon and Walmart. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for all actions taken in your marketplace accounts, including inventory purchases, listings, pricing, shipments, and compliance with marketplace policies and applicable laws. We do not take actions inside your accounts unless we agree to that in writing. You agree to provide accurate information and to complete your intake form so we can deliver the Services.

4. Account access and confidentiality

We will never ask for your marketplace passwords. Where access is needed, you may provide exports or screenshots, or grant limited user permissions through the marketplace's own tools. You may revoke access at any time. We keep the business information you share confidential and use it only to deliver the Services. On request after the engagement ends, we will delete the files you provided, except where we must keep records by law.

5. Scheduling, support, and scope

Calls, support hours, and deliverables are limited to what the product page states. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice within the service period. Unused sessions and support hours expire at the end of the service period and are not refundable. Work outside the stated scope requires a separate written agreement.

6. Payments and installments

Prices are in US dollars and payable at checkout. If you choose the 2-payment plan for Premium Seller Operations Onboarding, the second payment is due on Day 14 of your service period. Work may pause until it is received.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, all sales are final, except that Seller Services are fully refunded if we fail to deliver the service you purchased, as defined in that policy.

8. Intellectual property

Our guides, templates, checklists, and Site content are protected by copyright. Deliverables we create for you (reports, spreadsheets, plans) are yours to use for your own business. Our underlying templates and methods remain ours. You may not resell or redistribute our guides or templates.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, inventory losses, marketplace fees, or account actions taken by any marketplace.

10. Third parties

Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces and tools mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
