Over 30 days we work through your operation together: diagnose it, build the sourcing pipeline, fix your listings, set up fulfillment and profit tracking, and meet every week so the plan actually gets done. It's a fixed-scope onboarding with clear deliverables, not open-ended account management.

What you get

• Service period: 30 calendar days from your kickoff call
• Comprehensive operational assessment: everything in the Marketplace Health Check, up to 40 listings
• Detailed growth strategy: marketplace mix, category focus, capital plan and fulfillment model
• Product sourcing research with 40 product opportunities, delivered in two batches (Day 7 and Day 21)
• Listing optimization plan for up to 25 listings, with rewritten copy for your top 10
• Inventory and fulfillment workflow setup: SOPs for FBA/FBM/WFS prep, receiving and reordering
• Shipping process improvements: carrier/tool recommendations and packaging standards
• Profit tracking system: a monthly P&L-style sheet with SKU-level margins
• 4 weekly 60-minute strategy sessions (video)
• Up to 8 hours of async support (email/Discord, replies within 1 business day)
• Personalized 30-day action plan plus an end-of-term review with next-90-day recommendations

Payment options

Pay in full ($1,500), or choose 2 payments of $775: the first at checkout and the second on Day 14 of your service period. Work pauses if the second payment is late.

Timeline

Kickoff within 3 business days of purchase and complete intake. Limited availability: we take a maximum of 4 Premium clients per month so every client gets real attention.

Who it's for

Active Amazon or Walmart sellers with an approved account and at least $2,000 available for inventory.

Not included

Day-to-day account management, buying inventory for you, PPC campaign management, appeals or reinstatement, and legal or tax advice. Ongoing management can be quoted under a separate agreement.

Good to know

• We build the systems and guide you. You (or your team) take the actions in your account.
• Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice within the 30-day period. Unused sessions and hours don't carry over.
• We will never ask for your password. Exports, screenshots or limited-permission user access only.
• Your intake form link is in your order confirmation email.
